Purpose of the role As Leader Technology Implementation and Support, you will own the onboarding of existing customers on IKS Health technology products. Leveraging your technical skills and experience in Technology Implementation services, you will help customers solve their unique business challenges to make a measurable impact on their businesses. You will act as subject matter expert and advise customers on best practices on using IKS Health tech. products. With deep understanding of client nuances, you will also provide guidance on the direction of the technology roadmap as it relates to the changing business needs and processes. Roles &amp; Responsibilities - You will be accountable for technology implementation and deployment to external and internal stakeholders. - Project Management for Implementation including stakeholder and communication management. - Ensure maintenance of best practice documentation for all business processes and implementation methodologies. - Continued support of IKS Health applications. - Set productivity benchmarks for team and monitor accordingly. - Collaborate with team to develop quality solutions that that deliver business value to our partners. This is an ongoing and continual process of decision-making. - Ensuring ROI of product implementation. Required Skills - 10+ years of relevant work experience. - 7+ years of experience in technology implementation. &nbsp; - Ability to foster and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, resources, management. - Ability to multi-task in a challenging, fast paced, matrix management organization. - Ability to identify, define and execute upon opportunities for improvement and recommend alternative solutions to process inefficiencies. - Ability to solve a variety of problems typically with very complex scope using exceptional problem solving, analytical, and project consulting skills.
