Profile Description

The Vice President of Tech Transformation will be responsible for developing and executing technology strategies that enhance our Clinical Support Solution processes, streamline operations, and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a technology transformation strategy that supports the CSS division's goals and objectives, leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).

Vice President RO Tech Transformation:

Clinical Support Solutions

- Collaborate with cs-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop technology solutions to address those needs, focusing on process simplification, automation pathways, and the reduction of manual workloads.

- Develop and implement best practices for project management, change management, and technology adoption, including training programs for staff on new technology tools.

- Partner with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and develop metrics to measure the success of technology transformation efforts, with a focus on increased efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive, manual tasks through RPA, including claims processing and eligibility verification, and work with stakeholders to develop automation workflows

- Build and manage a high-performing technology transformation team, providing coaching and mentorship to team members.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the areas of RPA, AI, and ML, to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation for technology transformation initiatives, ensuring maximum return on investment.

- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on technology transformation initiatives and strategies, with a focus on how technology can drive business growth and innovation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology transformation, with a focus within the US healthcare industry.

- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST.

- Demonstrated experience leading technology transformation initiatives, including strategic planning, project management, and change management.

- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience with RPA, AI, and ML technologies, and an understanding of their applications in Clinical processes.

- Experience developing automation pathways, including defining automation rules, assessing feasibility, and measuring ROI
