Key Responsibilities:
- Close and regular coordination with Vendor, trainer, venue arrangement and participants.
- Coordinate, update, and schedule annual training syllabus/plan
- Coordinate for the development and implementation of all aspects training programs, policies, and objectives
- Managing and analyzing the training feedback of the delivered training programs on a regular basis
- To liaise with trainers, manage the logistical requirements
- Preparing Presentations for training and MIS for training programs.
- Schedule training sessions as per the monthly training calendar and coordinate with various stakeholders to arrange logistics
- Maintain & update records and reports on LMS
- Implement a robust governance model to track and share progress
- Help in preparing and administering surveys and quizzes.
- Create and manage mailing lists, attendance logs, and event summaries including coordinating communication with training participants
- Liaise with vendors, respond to contract/agreement inquiries and processes invoices
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation in proprietary learning management system
- Budget management- prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting and assists in budget reconciliation
- Reporting & Dashboards to assess functional effectiveness
- Responsible for providing general administrative support
