Job Description:
- To own the identification and execution of process improvements in an ongoing business minimize and maximize quality
- Suggest and drive Process Improvements and process re-engineering for various projects and line of business
- Work closely with Business Heads and Senior Management to carry out Improvement Projects
- Build relationships with key business leaders and other stakeholders to drive improvements
- Implement strong governance to address Operations Quality and Improvement projects and initiatives
- Work with all the Stakeholders towards improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Processes identified for Improvement
- Closely partner with Department Heads to review, evaluate and complete all Improvement activities
- Lean culture and initiative across the organization with commitment, passion and persistence
- Ensure smooth hand over to the respective Process Owners after Improvements have been carried and results sustained
Required:
- Creativity, innovation, problem-solving ability, analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset
- High energy team player with a strong desire to succeed in fast paced environment
- 8 - 10 years of experience, of which at least 4 years are in a process improvement / reengineering role
- Worked with large services companies with strong LEAN culture
- Experience in Lean / Six Sigma
- Proven track record in process reengineering and process improvement
Desired:
- Medical degree, including MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, or equivalent (Desired but not necessary)
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and coding
- Strong personal communication and presentation skills
- Strong TQM / Lean Background
- Ability to build confidence and credibility with customers and colleagues
- Experience in clinical informatics
- Experience in the US
- Master's degree in business, such as MBA, MHA or MPH
