- Suggest and drive Process Improvements and process re-engineering for various projects and line of business
- Design and set up operational frameworks for current and new client projects to deliver high quality of work, including right operational work flows, delivery methodologies, hand-offs at the beginning and end of the process, appropriate process documentation, quick-reference - cheat sheets- for employees, defined quality metrics, and other enablers of process quality
- Work closely with Business Heads and Senior Management to carry out Improvement Projects
- Build relationships with key business leaders and other stakeholders to drive improvements
- Implement strong governance to address Operations Quality and Improvement projects and initiatives
- Work with all the Stakeholders towards improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Processes identified for Improvement
- Closely partner with Department Heads to review, evaluate and complete all Improvement activities
- Drive the Six Sigma / Lean culture and initiative across the organization with commitment, passion and persistence
- Ensure smooth hand over to the respective Process Owners after Improvements have been carried and results sustained
- Identify and ensure implementation of automation projects, process improvements and cost optimization opportunities
- Monitor dashboards and issues for early warning signals and trends
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within and outside the organization and implement them and drive performance benchmarking
- Generate business impact through Continual Improvement initiatives
- Alignment of organizational metrics to Excellence frameworks
Candidate Profile
Required -
- Creativity, innovation, problem-solving ability, analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset
- High energy team player with a strong desire to succeed in fast paced environment
- 10 - 12 years of experience, of which at least 4 years are in a process improvement / re-engineering role
- Worked with large services companies with strong six sigma culture
- Experience in Lean / Six Sigma
- Proven track record in process re-engineering and process improvement
Desired:
- Medical degree, including MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, or equivalent
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and coding
- Strong personal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build confidence and credibility with customers and colleagues
- Experience in clinical informatics
- Experience in the US
- Master's degree in business, such as MBA, MHA or MPH
