Key Responsibilities:
- Design robust standardised methodologies for all CARE services deployments (VS, DM, CPR and MM). Define, develop and continually update detailed implementation plans, cookbooks, supporting documents and methodologies and content to run implementation. Establish dashboards to track and manage the these implementations.
- Establish robust best practices for managing implementation with increasing migration of services to offshore.
- Create & run end to end process implementation programs in sync with the client team
- Tweak IKS implementation models to fit the client environment and ensure clear communication and approval from operations and WFM teams on the implementation methodology per client with timelines
- Create a robust governance and communication model to align and ensure that all key stakeholders including the training team, operations, WFM, IT etc are posted on all moving parts of the implementation program
- Coach implementation team staff to become experts in either a service line or a functional aspect of program management
- Work with implementation leadership to increasingly standardize, tech enable and automate implementation (more automated, cheaper, more offshore, faster)
- Leverage the most appropriate tools to run the clinical implementation updates, follow up and follow through processes
- Ensure all the teams and coordinated and are working in sync and any delays in any of the moving parts are called out and communicated to all with the actual reasons and the resolution and timelines
- Continuously update and revise our implementation methodology for all business lines based our new learnings and automations
- Raise red flags with reasons and owners to ensure that there are no missing links and/or open loops for any misinterpretation of the plan/project
- Take commitments on the published and agreed upon plan in consensus and ensure that the teams live up to the commitments
Candidate Profile Required:
- Proven working experience in project management and implementations of services lines/products with a strong project management mindset (ability to deliver in uncertainty, manage chaos, retain sense of urgency)
- Preferred PMP certified professional.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail calling out each and every line item of the plan with timelines
- Ability to quickly grasp healthcare, technical, practice concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of tools like MS Excel, MS project, ProjectOR etc
- Basic understanding of US healthcare workflows and processes (somewhat less important)
- Experienced and should have ample exposure in managing teams across locations (critical)
Preferred:
- University degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Preferred PMP certified
