Position: Technical Recruiter

Locations: Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai

Required:

- Strong communication skills

- Strong ability to source candidates from various sources.

- Should be independent enough to be able to close the end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring independently.

- Should have sound MIS reporting skills to be able to present recruitment updates and progress to BU Heads.

- Should be able to simultaneously work on different levels of hiring, mid level to senior level candidates.

- Should have sound connect in the technology domain.

- Sound experience in technical hiring

- Good negotiation skills

- Stakeholder management

- Well versed with Recruitment platforms- Job boards, Social media hiring etc.
