Required:

- Should have headed successful Large Implementation Programs in Salesforce, Oracle areas delivered on-time with customer delight

- Extensive experience in spearheading Salesforce roadmap constantly catering to growth strategies, building exquisite IT driven solutions to resolve myriad business challenges and delivering large scale projects successfully in globally distributed delivery model.

- Head the Salesforce consulting practice with a Design Thinking approach, coaching, mentoring and leading high performance Salesforce development teams comprising of enterprise architects, technical architects, solution architects, project managers, business quality analysts and steering the day to day program/project management and delivery activities based on lean/agile software engineering principles.

- Strong experience in app development and customization on Salesforce.com projects via tools and technologies such as Apex, Ajax, Visualforce, Lightning Components and salesforce.com API

- Oversee all aspects of Salesforce and Cloud Technologies, spearheading the teams looking after Salesforce App Development along with the impact study of the Cloud Technologies
