Required:

- Strong leader with extensive experience in Infrastructure Management & DevOps primarily in the banking and financial services industry.

- Lead and manage end-to-end setup of Global delivery captive units adopting ITIL, best service delivery practices, and financial prudence.

- Lead Globally diversified Infrastructure technology support large sized teams with 24-7 support deliverable

- Well versed in leading Infrastructure technology support functions and delivering solutions.

- Skilled in Strategic planning, Enterprise Architecture, Service Delivery, Business Continuity planning and Disaster recovery management

- Strong experience in managing large sized local and global teams.

- Drive and lead enterprise architecture governance, Platform modernization, Cloud and virtualization adoption, infrastructure strategy and road map development

- Well versed with performance engineering, Development operations (DevOps) strategy and execution, infrastructure optimization, and production management of application portfolio.

- Manage complex Global server footprint of large volume servers with mix of Redhat Linux, Solaris, AIX, Wintel Operating systems.

- Execute major complex Datacenter migration projects in different countries

- Spearhead key transformation initiatives in Server platform, Cloud and virtualization

- Should have setup and managed Global delivery Captive Units from scratch providing end-to-end infrastructure support globally
