Position: Lead - Institutional / B2B Sales
Location: Delhi NCR
The Company is a new age consumer food tech business established with the objective of thinking of its customer at ALL times. Whether it means providing its customer with fresh and nutritious foods or tasty meals with zero preservatives or super convenience - in essence, ALL of this! Ikayu uses state of art technology and proprietary processes developed by its experienced hospitality team to create superior and wholesome conveniently consumable food products for its customers. You guessed it right - The Company is revolutionizing the conventional RTE / RTH foods market. Headquartered in Gurgaon, The Company will retail its products pan-India and overseas through online, offline and B2B channels.
We are looking to hire an experienced personnel as its - Lead - Institutional Sales- who will be responsible for sales through various B2B channels. The sales lead will be responsible for leading coverage of various alternate channels like:
1) Education Institutions including Hostels and coliving spaces
2) Corporate Offices on pan India basis
3) Cinema Halls, Gyms and kiosks in malls
4) HORECA segment
5) Airports, Railways, Airlines
- Superior knowledge of B2B sales channels as well as a high degree of persistence in execution coupled with creativity are an absolute must for this assignment.
- Strong customer relationships with distributors and corporates are an absolute must for penetrating the for better sector coverage and higher through put.
- The person will also manage a team of 2-3 sales professionals on pan India basis
- Adequate prior experience in similar roles including management of a high performance sales culture will be crucial pre-requisites.
- The assignment will involve domestic travel. While education is an essential parameter for assessing the candidate, the other requirements spelled out herein outweigh the same.
