IJP Channel Manager
We are looking for IJP Channel Manager for one of our esteemed clients at Mumbai . Attached is the JD below :
Role :
Internal Mobility Channel Manager is responsible for governance of all IM channels ( IJP & Redeployment ) and managing all IM positions to ensure on time selection and successful movement of the employee. This includes development of strategy and tactical execution in line with the organizations objectives. The primary responsibility is to drive adherence to all IM channels through a highly motivated & productive team.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for notifying suitable IJP vacancies within the organization and provide opportunities to the employees to seek available roles basis their career aspirations
- Adopt a fair, consistent and transparent approach while processing employee applicants for IJP open positions
- Ensure timely job postings, accurate screening, feedback follow up and on time reporting of IJP results as per the guideline
- Report out the IJP Channel utilization to the Staffing Leadership
- Ensure all employees in the redeployment pool are provided with a minimum of 3 opportunities into an alternative role against open positions thereby enabling them to continue with the employment at BACI
- Manage accurate tracking & reporting of the employees featuring in the redeployment pool
- Help the LOB Hiring Team meet Hiring TAT by proactively liaising with the recruiters across functions in order to find roles for the impacted employees
- Liaise with HRG/Business/LOB Hiring team for any clarifications, feedback, queries with respect to either IJP applicants or Redeployment employee
- Drive adherence to all process Compliance and regulatory requirements as per i-Grasp, SOP, Policies and guidelines to develop and maintain strong and effective recruitment machinery.
- Work closely with Delivery Leader, Channel Specialist to draw out effective sourcing strategy for optimal channel utilization, yield and on time delivery
- Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate & substantive data with the Delivery leader
- Maintain a pro-active approach in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process
- Build strong relationships with Business partners through tactical & strategic engagements
- Ensure equal load balance within the team, guide and support them to prioritize and ensure on time closures
- Regular & appropriate training interventions to enhance the resource quotient of the team on domain knowledge, market intelligence/best practices and related recruitment competencies & process related changes to be step ahead of the evolving Organization needs and practices
- Ensure on time closure of all administrative team management activities - P4P, RnR, 1X1, Leave Planning, work load distribution etc
- Invest in people to deliver strong succession plans and build career path for all team members to progressively develop them for enhanced roles and responsibilities and satisfy their learning needs..
Skills and Experience Required :
- Minimum graduate in any discipline, MBA Preferred
- 7-8 yrs experience in Recruitment / Staffing roles preferably in service industry
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills ( Adept in the functioning and usage of MS Excel )
- Analytical bent of mind
- Excellent time management with strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to manage teams spread across locations
