Job Purpose:

Responsible for building and executing a strategic operational plan to create, implement, and roll out IT and operational processes, governance mechanisms, and enable process transformation with technology. This role aims to strengthen reporting systems and frameworks to foster growth, governance, and efficiencies within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, shape, and implement a comprehensive IT and Operations framework that leverages all internal functions and collective capability.

- Develop and maintain robust governance frameworks for vendors, external agencies, and partners.

- Work closely with the IT department to integrate technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy.

- Lead the operations department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic plans.

- Create measurement frameworks to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of systems, processes, and controls

- Oversee budget management, reporting, tracking, and forecasting. Lead the annual budgeting process and track spend in collaboration with individual teams.

- Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization across IT and operations functions.

- Foster a growth-oriented, positive environment while ensuring employees and management adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Manage internal and external multi-stakeholder environments to achieve desired outcomes.

- Create a governance framework to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

- Implement and maintain robust reporting systems for internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Profile:

- 10+ years in IT and operations management, with experience in process transformation and technology integration.

- Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven track record in leading and managing organizational processes, change management, and business process transformations.

- Strong acumen for process transformations and the use of technology as an enabler for efficiency and automation.

- Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation effectively.

- Association with philanthropy and fundraising is a plus.
