Job Purpose: Furthering entrepreneurship development at DSSE, IIT Bombay. The stakeholders include IITB and non-IITB students and faculty, alumni, mentors & guest faculty, working professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs and the DSSE Team. Key Responsibilities: Develop World-Class Online Entrepreneurial Development Programs 1.Work closely with DSSE Faculty to define learning objectives and curriculum frameworks for entrepreneurship development online programs. 2.Help design comprehensive online course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials aligned with industry best practices and built upon existing DSSE course material. 3.Utilize AI / LLM tools (e.g. ChatGPT and Perplexity), multimedia tools and e-learning platforms (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and study global programs to improve program quality 4.Coordinate with online Ed-Tech partners and content creators to ensure the timely rollout of high-quality learning modules. 5.Conduct quality assurance and usability testing to maintain course content accuracy, consistency, and instructional integrity. 6.Ensure compliance with copyright laws, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements in educational content. 7.Stay updated on emerging trends, case studies and innovations in entrepreneurship training and development. 8.Participate in professional development activities, entrepreneurship forums and knowledge-sharing sessions within IIT Bombay. Designing and Implementing In-Campus Entrepreneurial Development Courses & Programs 1.Work closely with DSSE Faculty to design new classroom courses related to entrepreneurship 2.Support DSSE Faculty to deliver top-class courses to IIT Bombay students as per institute requirements and processes - Design and deliver entrepreneurial programs & projects (e.g. Smart Campus. Micro-Entrepreneurship) for different learner segments and aspiring entrepreneurs - Ensure program outreach through social media marketing and internal IITB engagement. - On-board DSSE program participants, connecting them to various stakeholders as needed and monitoring their progress. - Create the database and manage the knowledge network of stakeholders - participants, mentors, faculty, investors, incubators, centres of excellence, etc. - Build the systems and improve the DSSE processes. Assist in budgeting and periodically review programs and expenditures. Desired Profile: - Degree in any discipline, Post-Graduation Preferred. - Work experience of a minimum of 4 years in case of a Master's degree or 6 years in case of a Graduate in a relevant engineering institute, startup company, Innovation Center, Incubator or Ed-Tech Platform. - Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning solutions with measurable outcomes. - Proficiency in Ed-Tech platforms, e-learning & authoring tools, multimedia development software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a collaborative environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. - Knowledge of Office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), content creation software (e.g. Adobe, Video Editor) and AI / LLM Tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, Perplexity) General Information - The position is contractual for 1 (one) year but renewable as per the Institute's guidelines and tenable only for the project's duration. - Depending on the candidate's experience and interview performance, the selection committee may offer a lower or higher designation and salary.
