WE WON'T CONSIDER NOIDA/GURGAON/FARIDABAD/GHAZIABAD BASED CANDIDATES.  This role is an integral part of the Human Resources team at iimjobs.com/hirist.com  Role   - Sourcing of profiles for the different verticals through diverse Channels  - Check the suitability of candidate's profiles against specifications (Screening)   - Conducting HR interviews  - Scheduling all the rounds of interview for the candidates.   - Maintaining/Updating Trackers for Interview schedules based on various skills   - Coordinating with business unit, Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the interview process   - Handling the queries of candidates and initial level of HR Discussion.   - Offer Rollout   - Post Offer Follow up with selected candidates till they come on board.   - Close positions within the TAT   Basic requirements   You love hiring  You pay attention to detail  You possess good communication skills - verbal and written  Unstoppable drive to hire and close positions  Fire in the belly   We hire for RIGHT attitude..!!  We are 6 days working.  We are based at North Delhi.
