Why This Role Matters?

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the driving force behind client success and platform adoption. You will build strong relationships with clients, enhance engagement, and ensure long-term value while also keeping internal sales teams invested in the platform's success. This role blends customer success, platform expansion, and strategic impact to help businesses transform how they rehire talent.

What You'll Do?

- Be the face of the brand: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and long-term engagement with Boomerang.

- Drive Adoption & Retention: Proactively engage clients, track platform usage, and implement strategies that maximize its impact on their rehiring goals.

- Create impactful content & engagement campaigns: Develop playbooks, case studies, FAQs, and drip campaigns to boost platform adoption.

- Keep Sales Teams Engaged: Collaborate with internal sales teams, providing them with insights, success stories, and use cases that keep their interest intact and help drive further adoption.

- Value Communication & Reporting: Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to help clients optimize their rehiring strategies through Boomerang.

- Problem-Solve with Impact: Address customer queries, provide tailored solutions, and work closely with the product team to enhance platform features.

- Spot Opportunities for Growth: Identify areas where Boomerang can further integrate into clients' talent strategies and work with internal teams to drive expansion.

What We're Looking For?

- Experience : 1-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, ideally in HR Tech, SaaS, or Enterprise Solutions.

- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills to engage HR leaders, CXOs, and internal teams.

- Data-driven problem solver with a proactive approach to customer success and growth.

- B2B client experience with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

- Prior experience with SaaS platforms or CRM tools is a plus.

- Marketing & Content Skills: Experience in creating playbooks, case studies, and customer education materials is a bonus.
