Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a CFO / General Manager Accounts and Finance at IIGM in Bengaluru.

- The role entails overseeing financial planning, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, Taxation, GST, Handling audits, Notices and ensuring accurate financial reporting for the company.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Support in shaping business strategy and commercial elements for the Board of Directors

2. Global Accounting, Treasury and Investor Relations functions and evolve into partner of choice for business teams

3. Drive the global financial statement consolidation process including monthly consolidation of acquired entities' results. This will include managing the corporate consolidations financial process, global inter-company process, preparing timely consolidated financial statements, and providing analysis and reporting

4. Drive the strategic planning and budgeting process as well work alongside leadership to run robust review processes, including monthly Management reviews covering business and organizational performance

5. Coordinate with risk management department to ensure alignment of financial objectives and risk management

6. Support the Board of Directors and leadership with effective management of Board and other external stakeholders

7. Enhance the overall effectiveness of accounting, finance and statutory functions

8. Must have exposure to month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity, Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements, Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles, Meet financial accounting objectives, Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transaction.

9. Must have exp in commercials, commissioning & Trading business domain

10. Strong hands on Exp in Taxation

Qualifications

- Degree in Finance/Accounting with CA/ICWA/CFA certification.

- An additional MBA with specialization in Finance would be highly advantageous.

- At least 15 years of experience in finance function in mid- to large-sized organizations minimum 10 Years in Leadership role (SR. MGR/AGM/GM).

- Strong exposure to Industrial Automation & Trading business

- Strong exposure India and ASEAN jurisdictions.

- Expert in understanding of various accounting standards and regulatory requirements across key jurisdictions

- Strong Experience of managing internal/GST/IT/statutory audits across geographies

- Possess strong and effective working relationship with the audit firms

- Strong skills in tax planning and structuring

- Strong network of trade finance and other lending institutions

- Demonstrable evidence of fund raising through different structures

- Reasonable understanding of M&A process and integration requirements

- Familiar with leveraging digital technologies in the area of finance and accounting, integrating with other SAP FICO, ERP systems, MIS & analytics.

- Should demonstrate high energy, ownership and a decisive decision-making style with a keen analytical mindset

- Strong communication, presentation, Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Must handle the multi branch accounts and multi entity accounts
