About The Role:

In this role, you will take the helm in driving customer success, unlocking value, and strengthening relationships with key enterprise clients in the health insurance ecosystem. You will lead strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships. This role is a unique blend of problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation leadership-perfect for someone eager to make a lasting impact in the Indian healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Programs

- Deeply understand customer challenges and align IHX's SaaS/PaaS solutions to drive measurable impact.

- Own end-to-end execution of customer programs-coordinating across insurers, TPAs, product, and tech teams to ensure seamless implementation.

- Proactively identify roadblocks, resolve challenges, and escalate when necessary to keep engagements on track.

- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders-be the first call your customer makes.

- Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients to enhance partnerships and execution.

2. Build and Deepen Strategic Relationships

- Become a trusted advisor to senior executives, understanding their business challenges and crafting tailored solutions.

- Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to deliver a best-in-class onboarding and implementation experience.

- Lead high-impact problem-solving sessions, leveraging IHX's digital transformation capabilities to address client pain points.

- Position IHX as an indispensable strategic partner, not just a vendor.

3. Provide Market Expertise & Drive Business Growth

- Capture client insights to fuel product innovation and roadmap evolution.

- Develop compelling business cases and strategic proposals to strengthen long-term partnerships.

- Contribute to enterprise sales growth by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications

- A force to reckon with; essentially, you are unstoppable - if there is a task you think critically, you weigh out the plans, you brainstorm, collaborate, and execute to perfection

- Solution-centric: Challenges, they'll always exist - what matters is how you tackle them

- Experience in running digital transformation programs with basic understanding of technology products and solutions

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives. Have empathy (and loads of it), genuineness, passion for problem-solving, willingness to go the extra mile

- 1-3 years of front-end consulting experience from Big4 or the likes (not mandatory)
