Job Description :
- Drive new logo sales across the target markets. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer base.
- Craft the sales strategy and orchestrate its implementation.
- Lead the sales components of the business in organizational planning, financial forecasting, and budgetary planning.
- Develop, coach, and manage a high performing sales and business development team to expand our portfolio of clients.
- Cultivate a culture of high performance, results-driven action to meet the company's growth goals.
- Establish relationships with industry leaders that will lead to sales opportunities and new business.
- Build successful and trusted partnerships with our amazing portfolio of clients.
- Partner with technical product teams, deliver feedback from customers that will improve messaging & compelling value proposition delivered to market.
- Establish and oversee client retention targets.
Job Specification :
- 15+ years of Sales Experience in the Software industry
- 10+ years of experience leading Sales strategy and execution of IT Software Services
- In depth knowledge of Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance and Test Automation (both functional and non-functional) is a must.
- Proven ability to develop, maintain and grow key customer relationships at the C-suite level.
- Outstanding track record of exceeding revenue and growth goals. Demonstrated keen financial acumen to include profit analysis and pricing build-up.
- Hands-on experience with Business Proposal Creation and Leading Proposal Presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in an interactive environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change.
- Pleasant personality with highest levels of personal integrity is essential.
