About the Role: IGS India is hiring high-energy account manager who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive Testing Services Industry knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend IGS Quality Engineering services that maximize value. Account manager will also assist in developing sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback
- Engage with Client Managers, Leaders and Commercials and Vendor managers to manage rapport to systemize additional business and invoice recoveries
- Identify and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients
- Researching industry trends and providing advice to Sales organization about client strategy or new sales opportunities
- Give presentations to clients about IGS India Quality Engineering services
- Act as a point of contact for Escalations and New enquiries with existing clients
- Ensure that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients
- Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes on every deal in your pipeline
- Work as a team with Sales team Technical Managers and Operations to complete a full sales cycle
Must Have:

- The ability to communicate confidently - both through speaking and writing - with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organisation
- Good understanding of competitors in testing Services Space

- A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new sales opportunities

- The ability to research and keep on top of developments in the industry (Testing Services and Quality Engineering Domain in specific)
- Commercial awareness.
Qualification:
- MBA or Masters in Information Science
- At least 2 years of Testing Services related sales or business development experience at a B2B company
- You are a consistent top performer, and have a history of exceeding your targets
- Selling to Mid-Market Enterprise customers, including C-level executives, is right in your comfort zone
- You are an exceptional communicator, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated success with complex commercial and legal negotiations, working with procurement, legal and business teams
- Experience working with and managing partners including global system integrators and packaged software vendors
- You are highly process and detail-oriented
