Having end-to-end functions in the organization including product, design, engineering, operations and analytics, we build and run tech / internet products and solutions including mobile apps and platform with strong focus on user experience and product excellence.

Today merely 10% of population is connected to internet and a half of them are said to be 'accidental users'. With the aim of bringing all Indian population onto mobile internet, we partner with mobile operators for removing obstacles and simplifying experience. This includes innovative approaches that take away fear of data charges, allow user to explore compelling internet services, recommend most suitable services based on micro segmentation, and so on.

Salary: 4-7 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates. This position demands a balance of creativity, drive and interpersonal savvy.

- Build relationships with engineering talent in the ecosystem.

- Source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing and occasionally working with external executive search firms.

- Screen candidates, conduct competency based interviews and drive offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations etc.

- Effectively utilizes the resume database, applicant tracking and reporting systems.

- Other duties as assigned to support the Human Resources / Operations team.

- Share and exchange information with all levels of management i.e. weekly, monthly dashboards.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 1-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a relevant industry (start-up, e-commerce, technology)

- A high level of comfort in cold calling and head hunting

- The ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously

- Strong consultative and interpersonal skills

- Very strong professional network, specifically in Technology & Product space is a huge plus!!
