IgniteWorld is a JV between Bharti, SoftBank and Yahoo! JAPAN. We create compelling mobile internet products in multiple categories and also power various internet services through our platform for enabling customized user experience.

Having end-to-end functions in the organization including product, design, engineering, operations and analytics, we build and run tech / internet products and solutions including mobile apps and platform with strong focus on user experience and product excellence. IgniteWorld currently has team size of 140 and is soon expanding to 200+.

Job Description:

- Complete Knowledge of accounting standards

- Processing of invoices (Checking and processing with regard to PO terms/ agreement availability, applicability of taxes)

- Taking care of vendor payments and reimbursements to employees at defined intervals

- Monthly MIS (Balance Sheet, Profit & loss Account, with all schedules thereto)

- Taking care of supplier and employee follow ups

- Service Tax Compliance (Monthly Payments before due date, filing returns, complete knowledge of reverse charge mechanism)

- TDS Compliance (Monthly Payments before due date, filing tds returns, taking appropriate action against demand letters)

- VAT Compliance (Monthly Payments and returns)

- PF Compliance (Monthly payments and checking if correct PF is getting deducted)

- Reconciliations (Periodic bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, schedules for provisions )

- Preparation of schedules for audits (Compiling schedules as may be necessary for Stat, tax and Internal Audits)

- Closing of Books (Looking after revenue recognition, expense booking in relevant period, interest accrual, depreciation)

- Fixed Assets Register (Maintaining an offline register, ensuring tagging of all the assets )

Experience: 1-3 years

Educational Background: MBA(Finance), CA Intern
