Job Description

- Serve as primary client contact on multiple assigned account.

- Protect and grow the agency's relationships with clients.

- Plan, coordinate and direct advertising and digital campaigns for agency clients.

- Establish rapport and trust with a range of agency staff members.

- Organize and lead creative briefing meetings for agency team members.

- Obtain all required client approvals.

- Review monthly billing to check against project estimates and ensure accuracy

- Develop accurate income forecasts and projections

- Substantially contribute to agency new business efforts

Eligibility criteria

- 2+ years' experience in digital and client management/servicing

- Knowledge of web development process and digital marketing

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
