Salary Range: 8 - 15 LPA
Responsibilities
- Business development, Acquisition and Retentions of customers in Software Services area.
- Contribute to sales strategy both short term and long term.
- Account Planning and Account management
- Cross-functional coordination to facilitate Sales from offshore, including preparation of Proposal, Approach Paper and other documents.
- Team management and motivation
- Compiling competitive intelligence and updating it regularly
- Contribute to collateral preparation and adherence to Quality process
- Provide Bookings forecast to his/her Manager on weekly basis
- Meet individual and Team targets for Bookings/Revenue every Quarter
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement
- Has in-depth understanding of business and market conditions that affect the offerings/ account/region
- High degree of client management skills
- Has good negotiation skills and communication skills.
