Responsibilities
- Develop, implement a business strategy, a business plan and a sales strategy to achieve business objectives
- Helps in strategy implementation at all Geo levels, for all offerings. Responsible for driving revenues from all territories
- Manage all Sales and Customer related administration and escalations
- Leads cross-functional sales teams utilizing input from marketing resources within the organization.
- Thorough understanding of the marketplace, marketing management and strategy, sales strategy, partner guidelines and capabilities.
- May be responsible for the efficient functioning of the Channel sales setup, as and when required.
- Monitor and improve approval rates, productivity levels, staff strength, offering mix at each account level.
- Ensures adherence to Quality process
- Responsible for people management activities like appraisals, career management, feedback and employee motivation
- Budgeting for Sales and Marketing
- Furnish monthly management Reports on Markets, New Opportunities, Sales pipeline, Competitive scenario, Risks, Growth and Profitability
- Budgeting for Sales / Marketing
- Drives overall Revenue and Profit attainment, for the entire organization
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement
- Must have handled Sales Leadership roles, with proven track record in similar scenario
- Has in-depth understanding of business, market conditions, channel options that affect the offerings/ account/region
- Should be savvy with both Technical and Commercial aspects
- Ability to engage and build relationship with C-Level executives
- Has the ability to think out of box for generating new business through both direct and leveraged mechanisms
- Good negotiation skills and communication skills.
