Responsibilities
- Researching assigned Territory and compilation/refining of Database and Account intelligence as an on-going activity
- Implementing strategy and action plan for the assigned Territory
- Running campaigns (cold calls, mails etc.)
- Compiling competitive intelligence and updating it regularly
- End-to-end direct sales: Prospecting, Proposal/Quote submission, Negotiation and Sales closure
- If necessary, Working in conjunction with Re-sellers/Partners to close deals
- Provide Bookings forecast to his/her Manager on weekly basis
- Follow up with customers for ontime collections
- Meet individual& Team targets for Bookings/Revenue every Quarter
Knowledge & Skill Requirement
- Smart, Confident, Self-driven person with pleasant personality and passion for selling
- Willing to take creative initiatives to deliver results
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong Communications and Negotiation skills (with decision makers and influencers)
- Reasonable technology awareness and good analytical and logical prowess.
- Knowledge of basic sales practices, marketing & business development knowhow.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented, with strong ethics and value system
- Must be a Team player
Salary Range: 7 - 12 LPA
