We are looking for Head - Financial Reporting & Control for our Swiss IT MNC Client, Gurgaon.

Main tasks:-
- Operational accounting related to Group recharges, Inter company billing and Fixed assets & depreciation
- Monthly closing of books of accounts in accordance with guidance from Group Finance team within prescribed timelines
- Ensuring preparation of various accounting schedules as per prescribed calendar
- Regular review and maintenance of Chart of Accounts
- Periodic scrutiny and analysis of Trial balance
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss Accounting standards/IFRS & Indian accounting standards
- Preparation of budgets and strategic planning
- Analysis of expenses and variance analysis with budgets
- Driving process improvement projects
- Full ownership of getting the accounts audited for Statutory and Group audit purposes.
- Providing guidance to Accounts payable manager on operational issues
- Periodic Accounts reconciliation with Top vendors ensuring reconciliation of all publishers accounts once in a year

Role within SWO India:
- Direct reporting to India Finance director
- Supported by FRC Manager & AP Manager
- Managing Statutory, Group and Internal auditors
- Close association with Group Finance team
- Cordination with various SWO India departments to manage To & From information flow
Measurements:
- Timely & accurate monthly closing
- Completion of all monthly closing schedules as per prescribed time frame
- No qualification in Statutory and Group audit report
- Meeting the prescribed SLA for vendor invoice processing and payments.
- 100% Inter company account reconciliation with all group companies on monthly basis
Experiences / additional competencies :
- Minimum 10 years of post qualification work experience with at least 5 years in Financial Accounting and reporting function.
- Hands on experience of managing team
- Handling of Top-4 Audit firm a major plus
