Salary offered: 9-12LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation, Client Acquisition & onboarding for Iglulabs product development, training/ certification and consulting businesses
- Own and drive revenue generation from these clients through up-sells, repeat business, new product pitches
- Own and aim to achieve a quarterly/ annual revenue goal through new client acquisition
- Do market study/research and understand competitor offerings
- Do workshops/ pitches for new and existing clients on an ongoing basis
- Develop proposals, pricing quotes and negotiate commercial agreements for clients, working closely with technology team
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to seek new opportunities and represent Iglulabs at these events
Job requirements/ qualifications
- Dynamic self-starter who possess high enthusiasm and energy
- Should have the ability to work independently (with little or no supervision)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) especially with clients
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Should possess business acumen
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, especially on sales/BD/ revenue front
- Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into business and product requirements
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across technology, product, finance etc.
- MBA or equivalent
- Some prior experience or knowledge in internet/ digital/technology side would be helpful
