Role: F&A Operations Lead

Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience in leading delivery operations - Global SSC/BPO (team size 500+)
- Experience in Transition, Change Management, Process Excellence,
- Strong Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent leadership, presentation, communication and consultative skills
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability to exercise considerable judgment in building relationships across all organizational levels and functions
- Ability to manage ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making and involve confidential or sensitive matters
- High degree of Customer focus, drive for business growth
- Strong Commercial acumen and financial prudence
- Ability to manage large multisite Operations

Job Description:
- Creating new Service Lines, work on new F&A deals, alliances and associated Go To Market Strategy
- Build a pipeline for overall F&A practice and key ownership of sales pursuits
- Meet prospective/existing customers with the objective of growing the F&A business at a faster pace
- Introduce automation to provide value added services and productivity benefits
- Be a F&A domain expert and reference point while dealing with existing/potential clients
- Running of day-to-day operations efficaciously & perform as per best-in-class standards
