IGATE - Executive Analyst

Location: Bangalore (preferred) / Mumbai

Qualification: CA/CPA or MBA from reputed institution

Experience Required: 6-8 years

- Experience in financial planning and analysis preferred

Role:

- Individual contributor

- Work on corporate restructuring activities, like delisting, merger, acquisitions, etc

- Preparation and coordination of material for Board meetings

- Run strategic initiatives of the Finance department for the CFO

- Anchor and participate in various Finance reviews and track actions

- Preparation and coordination of material for Finance review by CEO

- Act as the interface between the CFO and Accounting team

- Work with Secretarial and Legal teams on dependencies with them

- Work on automation and improvement of processes

- Coordinate and work with Systems team to incorporate these identified improvements

- Respond and support ad-hoc requirements of the CFO

- Coordinate with the rest of the organization for any of the above
