About the Role:

- IDfy is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant having up to 1-2 years of post qualification work experience.


- Your primary responsibility will be to manage (at standalone and group level) the entire Order to Cash process, this includes Revenue Management, quarterly Ledger Confirmations, weekly Debtors Report generation, TDS reconciliation. Your goal will be to maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) at a targeted 60-day level.


- Additionally, you will play a crucial role in handling internal audits, statutory audits and due diligence processes, and timely MIS reporting will be integral to this role.


- Should know the industry development and introduce automation in order to cash process, should take initiative in introducing best industry process or practice and continuously monitor and improve the same to keep it relevant, should be tech savvy with a growth mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Detailed Role & Responsibilities:

A) Order to Cash Process & Revenue Management:

a. Monthly Revenue Reconciliation of Invoicing system with Books

b. Monitor revenue streams and ensure accurate recognition in accordance with accounting standards

c. Collaborate with sales, product & operations teams to optimize revenue generation.

d. Weekly review and publishing of debtors outstanding report

e. Daily review and publishing of Collections Report

f. Reconciliation of all the customer o/s balances (Billed + Unbilled) on a quarterly basis. Getting confirmation from top 20 customers on a quarterly basis.

g. Monitoring of Reconciliation of TDS as per Form 26AS with the Books of account on a quarterly basis

h. Actively working with key stakeholders to ensure the DSO is maintained at 60 days or below

i. Publishing of Unbilled Revenue, Prepaid Income sheet on a weekly basis

B) Internal & Statutory Audit:

a. Assisting in handling internal audits for the key areas end to end Order to Cash.

b. Assisting in handling ICFR audit co-ordinating with all the key stakeholders including auditors

c. Assisting in handling Implementing and initiating the suggestions outlined in the audit reports (Internal + ICFR audits).

d. Assisting in handling Maintaining the SOP's and documented processes for all the key areas and reviewing it on a quarterly basis for any version change requirements.

e. Ensuring day to day accounting transactions are done based on set internal controls.

f. Assisting in Statutory Audit Assignments for the assigned tasks and ensuring timely closure of the same as per committed timelines.

g. Assisting in Due Diligence Assignments for the assigned tasks and ensuring timely closure of the same as per committed timelines.

C) Preparations of ad hoc reports on time to time basis:

a. Preparation of monthly MIS Report (Debtors Ageing, Revenue Analysis, DSO Analysis, Unbilled & Prepaid Income Ageing, etc)

b. Any other reports required from time to time.

Skills & Attributes:

1. Chartered Accountant

2. 1-2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or other equivalent ERP's would be an added advantage
