Role/ Job Title: Territory Manager- Education Loan
Function/ Department: Sales
Job Purpose:
- The role entails the responsibility of generating business through different channels.
- It includes administering and training a team of executives to expand business in that particular locality/branch.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them
- Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations and current market trends
- Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
- Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity
- Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer needs holistically
- Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets
Education Qualification:
- MBA in related field.
- Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in sales
