IDFC First Bank - Regional Head - DST Channel - Personal Loans Division

1. To spearhead Personal Loan business through Direct Channel for Mumbai region.

2. To lead team of State Heads & Territory Managers and drive the business as per requirements.

3. To ensure that business leads received from non-paid sources/references/existing customers are getting converted in business.

4. To ensure teams productivity. To train/guide Territory Managers/State Heads wherever required. To ensure that all team members are monitored to perform as per expectation.

5. To present data/performance to senior management whenever asked. Should have good presentation skills.

6. To collaborate with internal stakeholder like credit, operations, collections etc.
