2. Analyze and upgrade the existing features to cater the modern-day user expectation backed strong POCs

3. Precisely document the proposed solutions with detailed wireframes and mock ups

4. Address stakeholder and customer problems related to the software and help in instant resolutions and/or add to product road map

5. Independently contribute to Product Roadmap

6. Contribute to Product Knowledgebase, User Guides
