Experience : 12+ in Information Security with min 8 years in IAM implementation and architect rolls.

Job description / Technical Skills :

- The Identity and Access Management (IAM) SM will be responsible for building the IAM practice pan- India. He needs to have rich implementation and architect experience in IAM field. He should have delivered multiple and complex IAM projects.

- The individual is expected to interact with the clients independently and lead the implementation team/s on the ground. He should be able to guide the team during requirements gathering, design sessions and document the same in detail as part of the requirements and design documents.

- Additionally, the individual is responsible for implementation, configuration of the solution for the client based on the agreed design and business requirements.

- The individual will be responsible for the quality of their own output and the ability to manage work within the allocated timelines.

- From Sales and BD perspective, the individual is expected to work with other leads in other regions and build good IAM pipeline. He should be able to interact with OEMs and work in building solution sets for client.

- He should be able to present his ideas to client in a clear articulate way.

Below is the required skillset :

Technical :

- Experience implementing multiple IAM suite of products (10+ full lifecycle implementation)

- Deep understanding of Security Identity Manager and Security Access Manager products

- Ability to configure and customize the above products to meet client requirements

- Ability to troubleshoot issues in IBM IAM as well as other integrated applications as required

- Strong knowledge and experience of LDAP and IAM concepts

- Hands on experience implementing Security Enterprise Single Sign On product

- Strong understanding of Privileged Identity Management concepts and hands of experience with Security privileged Identity manager is plus

- Strong skillset on architect and design a full IAM solution with integrated access manager, identity manager and privileged identity management

- Good information security concepts outside of IAM is a must.

- Knowledge and experience with ISO 27001 is a huge plus

- Should have managed a team of implementers

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication skills both oral and written with clear articulation.

- Confident and able to interact with senior level client resources

- Well organized and able to manage the work allocated effectively and efficiently

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to come up with innovative solutions to resolve client issues.

- Ability to mentor and guide team as well as manage their output and responsible for delivery

- Ability to manage multiple projects

- Ability to do presales and close the sale.

Education :

- Product knowledge: IBM, Oracle, CA

- Coding skill set is a must.

- Good implementation understanding of SDLC cycle.
