Role Description:
This role reports to the Strategic Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific (based in Hong Kong) for IDEMIA Financial Institutions (FI) Business Unit (BU). We are looking for a Pricing Manager based in Noida, India and working for both Asia Pacific and India regions (as those two regions are split within Idemia). You will, on a day-to-day basis, focus on operational pricing tasks and market analysis and be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable processes and tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing and updating the list prices, monitoring price evolution and undertaking a systematic review of pricing across all services.
- You will liaise with senior management as well as colleagues from Sales, Product Management, Fulfilment and Sales Support to work on business cases and set prices for all non-list price deals.
- You will support in creating and managing a set of reports to enable Sales and Senior Management teams to ensure effective and efficient business decisions and provide ad-hoc reporting, as required.
- You will identify portfolio opportunities and threats, including changing influence factors on pricing strategy and setting (especially competitors' price moves)
- You will oversee the periodic capture of business intelligence.
- You will also coordinate answers to tenders
- You will be involved in strategic marketing initiatives to support the newly created Advanced offers team. You will support ad-hoc requests from team members from Go to Market studies to market trends analysis and technology benchmarks
Educational Background / Work Experience:
- You should have at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or Business-related studies.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Advanced Excel skills is a requirement.
- Strong business acumen
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Interest in technology
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Experienced in dealing clearly and concisely with a variety of employees in different roles and summarising information effectively
- Experience of interpreting analysis into business context and turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience with competitor research and analysis would be a bonus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Experience in value-based pricing, sales excellence and product marketing
- Experience in pricing research methodologies both quantitative (price trials, indirect and direct pricing methodologies) and qualitative
