Purpose of the Job
Part of the Regional Team, the Key Account Director will contribute to the achievement of IDEMIA business targets. In this role, the ideal candidate will:
- Interact with platinum govt account strategic partners and build relations with them.
- Work jointly with the IDEMIA local and regional representatives (Regional Sales, Program management teams and Management) to identify, build and close opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Department to showcase IDEMIA offerings.
- Follow and be accountable for the end-to-end life cycle of business opportunities.
Main Missions & Expected Results
- Prospect and develop business engagement and future opportunities and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Should be able to articulate customer needs and propose solution to customers.
- Effectively map IDEMIA technologies, showcase & present IDEMIA offerings.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all IDEMIA business units and maintain effective relations with internal stakeholders.
- Create, share and capitalize on previous projects / commercial presentations and proposals, and be proactive in commercial and offering improvements.
Educational & professional background
- At least 15+ years in a Key Account Management /Business Development
- Experience of dealing with key stakeholders
- Account Development Planning
- Relationship Management
- Master degree level or equivalent in a business discipline, Technical background is a plus.
