Manager - Human Resource

The HR Manager partners with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Experience in recruitment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.

- Manage talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives.

- Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations.

- Drive organizational change and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Analyse HR metrics to support decision-making and business outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

- Recruitment: Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 15+ years in HR, with 3+ years as an HR Manager.

- Education: BTech/BSc + MBA in HR or related field.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices in talent management, employee relations, and performance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to drive business results and manage change effectively.

- Recruitment experience is a plus.
