Inside Sales Representative
- We are seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in software sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- This individual will play a key role in driving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

What does an Inside Sales Representative do at Ideapoke?
- The Inside Sales Representative will contribute directly to the success of our software products by engaging with prospects and guiding them through the sales process.
- You will be responsible for making outbound cold calls and following up on inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales in the software space.
- This position requires a highly driven and results-oriented individual who is familiar with software sales cycles and can effectively present our software solutions to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Source new software sales opportunities through inbound lead follow ups and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Sales Qualification: Understand customer needs related to software solutions and route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Sales Closure: Close software sales and achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Market Research: Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our software offerings.
- Territory Management: Maintain and expand your database of software prospects within your assigned territory in India.
- Channel Partnership: Team up with channel partners to build the sales pipeline and close deals for software solutions.
- Product Demos: Conduct effective online software demos to prospects, highlighting key product features and benefits.
Requirements and Skills:
- Education Qualification: BTech/BSc + MBA preferred.
- 2-5 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in software sales.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas, especially in the software industry.
- Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day to potential software customers.
- Proficient with corporate productivity tools, web presentation tools, and CRM platforms (Salesforce.com or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present software solutions effectively.
- Strong ability to listen and present software solutions in a compelling way.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a software sales environment
