You will be responsible for the overall client experience with the organization, including the products and services we offer. You will work closely with clients to identify, understand, and address their specific needs and pain points. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improving client retention and satisfaction while driving the growth of new business opportunities with existing clients.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the delivery to clients by deploying the right resources and innovative solutions to drive both repeat and new business from major accounts.

- Understand client needs and develop high-quality proposals to effectively address them.

- Provide strategic thinking to tackle client challenges, develop clear actions to resolve issues, and act as a trusted advisor on a project basis.

- Ensure that offering development is scalable across various client business challenges, adapting solutions as required.

- Design comprehensive research solutions, including identifying relevant data assets, developing methodologies, creating samples, drafting questionnaires, designing discussion guides, and utilizing other research tools to provide actionable insights.

- Take a leadership role in implementing the B&IRS business vision and objectives, driving business growth through proactive support in development efforts.

- Coach offshore teams and junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

- Take ownership of a significant portion of the business, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Manage end-to-end consulting and Primary Market Research projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams (e.g., fieldwork, programming, desk research) to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

- Develop long-term relationships with clients by focusing on their success and addressing evolving needs, ensuring they continue to see value from the organization's products and services.

- Focus on client retention and satisfaction by ensuring high standards of service, performance, and communication across all interactions.

- Drive new business opportunities within existing clients through proactive identification of areas for additional value and offering appropriate solutions.

Requirements :

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or any related field with MBA a plus

- At least 10 years of experience in consultancy and market research. Preference will be given to candidates with cross-domain consulting and market research experience, especially at an international or cross-country level.

- Excellent command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong skills in data interpretation and analysis (quantitative, qualitative, and integration of various data sources).

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to clients and teams alike.

- Creative, client-focused, objective-driven, open-minded, and autonomous, with a strong sense of team spirit.

- Proven ability to manage client relationships, maintain high client satisfaction, and drive business growth through proactive engagement.
