Ideadunes - SAP DBM Warranty & Claims Management Module Role

The SAP DBM Warranty & Claims management consultant needs to understand and support the customers' business processes as part of the overall SAP support. The Consultant will be responsible for the solution implemented which includes responsibility of their current processes and translate that to functional specification if it is not documented already.

1. A minimum of 2+ years' experience in Automotive Industry in the testing, debugging, delivery, and support of SAP Warranty & Claim Management processes, and 1 full SAP project life cycles of significant size, scope and complexity (Required). Candidates with less experience will be considered for suitable positions.

3.Claim creation. Determination of the reference object and enriching the claim with data from the object

4.Checks on incoming and outgoing claim versions (IC / OC), master warranty check message (credit note) issuing to claimant, posting to FI/CO and reversal, claim closure, recall handling, authorization claims, return parts handling and Supplier recovery.
