Senior Manager/Manager - Marketing - Advanced Analytics (4-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- Develop segmentation framework for circle and IRIS team to drive Voice/ Data/ VAS business
- Support business needs in terms of new technical solutions to support CLM platform as identified
- Develop business use cases basis the customer usage/ recharge behavior which can then be translated to segmentation
- Implement such frameworks and modules in BI and Campaign Management systems to enable business use
- Identify areas of revenue enhancement / churn management by analyzing trends and subscriber usage pattern and revenue generating base
- Implement identified solutions in concerned circle in conjunction with circle and corporate marketing leads and measure the impact
- Direct statistical team to develop and operationalize models for the proposed solutions for long term
- Assess the models with respect to business requirements
- Ensure model implementation across circles in conjunction with corporate marketing leads
- Evaluate campaign results on a regular basis
- Propose business logics for design and identify tools to implement the same
- Enable Business User Acceptance Test
- Ensure smooth implementation and roll out to key stakeholders / relevant circle management teams
- Ensure smooth implementation and roll out and provide inputs for further enhancement
