Multiple openings - Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing (Usage and Retention) - Telecom
We are a leading Telecom Service Provider and have multiple openings in our Marketing vertical.
- Segment Manager- to drive Usage & Revenue Enhancement
- End to End owner of identified Segments and Customer Life Cycle (revenue, ageing, control decline, reduce churn)
- Analyse usage patterns, competition activities, market scenario to draw insights into customer usage /recharge behavior /overall telecom understanding
- Using above insights, should be able to segment customers into micro-segments with a unique identifiable behavior /nature
- Design & Test business intents, and products that best meet micro-segmentation needs and consequently deliver maximum incremental revenue
- Conduct market surveys, visits and Voice of Customers & Retailer for consistent update on market reality
- Configuration & Cross functional co-ordination for product launches
- Design communication scripts for different modes (SMS, Dialer, SIVR) and schedule communication
- Tracking of relevant KPIs of Circle operations & IRIS performance
- Direct revenue responsibility of entire prepaid segment
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Ideal candidate would have a mix of Sales & Marketing exposure in Telecom, Banking, Value Added Services, Modern Retail, Analytics or related service industries

Experience : 2-4 years in marketing preferably in telecom or related industries
Education : 2 yr full time MBA/PGDM from a reputed Tier 1 B School
