Manager/ Asst Manager - Talent Acquisition - Idea Cellular - 3-7 years - Full Time MBA HR (3-7 yrs)
We are a leading telecom organization looking for smart, confident candidates for Talent Acquisition.
JD:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy with aim to minimize cost with a healthy source mix
- Completing the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to interviews to compensation negotiation to on-boarding and Induction for the employees hired.
- Closing positions within defined timelines
- Management of key stakeholders
- Campus hiring
- Monitor and implement HR recruiting best practices from across industries
- Maintain analytical and well documented reports to be presented to the rest of the team and top management.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company's reputation as - best place to work-
Desired Skills and Experience:
Full time MBA graduates in HR from the top 30 institutes with at least 3-7 years of experience in core recruitment (post MBA) in a large corporate. Candidates from Telecom/ IT/ KPO/ BPO/FMCG/ E-Commerce/ Retail/ Banking/ Financial Services will be preferred.
