We are inviting applications for 2 roles in our Finance & Accounts dept - Consolidation and Reporting.
Brief Description:
- IND AS Convergence and preparation of Financials as per IND AS
- Review and perform activities related to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting
- Review of various NFA's and from Accounting / control point of view for Finance approvals on the same.
- Regularly updating the Accounting Manual
- Compliance / reporting for Related Party Transactions
- Standardization across circles
- Automation and System Improvements
- Process Improvements
Desired Candidate Profile:
Role 1: 2004-06 pass-out CA first attempt; 8-10 years' of experience
Role 2: 20010-12 passout CA first attempt; 3-5 years- experience
Should have experience in Core Financial consolidation and reporting for a listed company with min 5000 crores balance sheet ; Knowledge of IFRS, IND AS, I GAAP
CA first attempt is a mandatory requirement.
