Principal Accountabilities:  To monitor budget Acquisitions in prepaid, business to gain market share  - Achieve budgeted gross, net acquisitions in pre paid business streams through distribution channel by appointing infrastructure as per norms  To Plan monthly sales strategy for the territory to increase subscriber base based on the prepaid sales guidelines  - Strengthen relations with existing key outlets  - Open up new markets / outlets for Acquiring customer base.  - Improve the servicing of key outlets to enlist their participation in the monthly schemes  Monitor & drive contribution of channel partners to achieve Revenue objectives  - Monitoring set Revenue targets with team and channels.  - Identifying gaps and taking corrective action  - Driving investment requirements with channels to invest 40% on Turnover and 10% on Handsets.  Setting up and strengthening the distribution establishment to ensure strong foundations of sales infrastructure  - Ensure availability on brand in rural markets by increasing outlets base in rural pockets.  - Supervise the setup of Brand vans in order to generate activations through the creation of brand pull  - Strengthen distribution network in urban markets to increase Activations and revenue through issue resolution and high quality servicing  Educational Qualification: MBA (Full Time)  Age: less than 33 years
