IDCUBE - Project Manager - Access Control/CCTV/Low Voltage/Intrusion Detection/ELV

- Lead and manage access control system implementation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timeline, and budget.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Business Teams, to ensure smooth project execution.

- Collaborate with end customers and EPC contractors, managing stakeholder expectations and project deliverables.

- Ensure all project milestones are met within the assigned timeline while maintaining high-quality standards.

Material Management & Accountability:.

- Oversee the procurement, supply, and tracking of project materials, ensuring timely availability and accountability.

- Ensure accurate documentation of supplied materials and minimize material loss or mismanagement.

Financial & Revenue Management:.

- Identify and drive opportunities for additional revenue generation and margin improvement within the project scope.

- Maintain strict cost control, optimizing expenses without compromising project quality and timelines.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination:.

- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, customers, and EPC contractors, ensuring alignment on project objectives.

- Mitigate risks and resolve project roadblocks by proactively engaging relevant teams and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications & Skills:.

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering field.

- 10+ years of experience in ELV systems, access control projects, or security infrastructure deployment.

- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of handling multiple stakeholders.

- Experience working with EPC contractors and large enterprise customers.

- Proficiency in project cost control, revenue generation strategies, and supply chain coordination.

- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to travel as required for project execution.
