About the Role:.

- We are seeking a self-driven, strategic, and performance-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in generating high-quality leads and driving growth for our B2B SaaS and tech product offerings.

- This role requires a professional with deep experience in B2B markets in India and abroad, who is skilled at content -creation, multi-channel marketing, and lead generation through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, phone calls, and other innovative approaches.

- The ideal candidate must have the capability to manage and mentor a team while delivering tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead Performance Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads for our B2B tech solutions (e. , SaaS platforms for CRM, HRMS, accounting, cloud, visitor management, etc.

- Content Strategy & Creation: Create and oversee content tailored to the target audience across channels (emails, social media, websites, marketing campaigns).

- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing lead generation and marketing team.

- Campaign Management: Orchestrate personalized outreach strategies using email marketing, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other relevant platforms to maximize conversions.

- Market Understanding: Analyze target markets and personas in India and international markets to craft effective marketing strategies.

- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals and track lead conversion.

- Data-Driven Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

- CRM & Marketing Automation: Manage CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and performance analytics tools for streamlined operations.

Key Skills & Requirements:.

- 10-12 years of experience in performance marketing, B2B lead generation, and content strategy, preferably for tech or SaaS-based products.

- Proven experience in B2B marketing across India and international markets.

- Strong knowledge of multi-channel lead generation-email campaigns, LinkedIn, phone outreach, webinars, and social media marketing.

- Content marketing expertise: Ability to write and tailor content for different audience personas and stages of the marketing funnel.
