1) Achieve Budgeted numbers assigned for the region.
2) Ensure manpower in the assigned region as per business plan
3) Mentor team for building distribution in assigned branches and ensuring number in terms of Advisor Coding/ Activation
4) Supervise the region and ensure implementation of tools and procedures that will assist the whole sales process from call to closure thereby optimizing productivity
5) Monitor sales volume, revenue and cost against forecast to identify problem areas and adopt procedures or Re route resources to improve the overall performance of the region.
6) Increase the distribution network of agency channel cost effective manner
Location: Delhi / Kolkata/ Bangalore or Chennai
Candidate Should be :
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Agency Channel and currently should be working in Capacity of Regional Head in Life Insurance Company
