Skills / Requirements :
- Excellent platform skills and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct product, process, behavioral and attitudinal training programs
- Good domain and industry knowledge
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Analytical ability to understand MIS and locate trends and take actionable
- Proficiency in the local language(s) would be an added advantage
- Ability to manage resources and manpower on whom you don't have direct span of control
- Excellent relationship skills
Core Responsibilities :
- Ensure Availability of Qualified / Certified Approved Strength of Trainers
- Certify trainers for needed skill sets /Programs
- Resolve trainer concerns, and Functional Training related issues
- Analyzing MIS for assigned zone and provide Chief Distribution Officers (CDOs) with Trainer utilization summary
- Analyzing MIS for assigned zone and provide CDOs with Participant coverage summary (Covered and defaulted)
- Suggest interventions for improving the performance of trainers
- Conducting pilot runs for new modules
- Conducting specific programs for specified audience
- Create new content as assigned
- Update existing Content as assigned
- Special assignments\projects\interventions done individually or jointly from time to time for the organization and its partners
- Ongoing projects that are a part of the organizational development plans
- There would be no Direct Reportees
