- Good Financial Domain Knowledge with expertise in Insurance

- Ability to work independently and under pressure

- Ability to think and resolve critical issues creatively

- Expertise in various methodologies of Instructional Design (ID)

b. Core Responsibilities

- Validating contents for accuracy and usability.

- Work closely with CDO- s\ stakeholders to understand and internalize all aspects of requirements

- Manage daily content development team activities, including communications, scheduling, content assignment, proof reading and review of high-level content to ensure that quality standards are being met

- Develop ongoing improvement plan to close gaps between existing deliverable quality and desired quality

- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization to identify opportunities to improve programs

- Vendor management for online programs

- Adopt and Localize content by validating it for accuracy & usability

- Design & Develop specific content, if required

- Facilitation skills to deliver the specific content as and when required
